Share a Mission Response

You may want to send yourself a Mission Response to keep for your own records. There are two main ways to send yourself a response: Through My Activity, and also through History. Most importantly, you will need to tap into a Submitted Mission Response in order to send it via email.

To share a Mission response, follow these steps:
  1. Select an available Submitted Mission
  2. Tap the bottom right icon (Square box with an arrow point out)
  3. Choose a delivery method (Share a link, Open in browser, Send me a PDF)

If you don't see this option, contact your GoSpotCheck Administrator to turn the feature on. Admins should visit their Company Settings page and toggle on the feature "Enable Mission Response Sharing via a 'Share Link'" and/or "Enable Mission Responses Sharing via a PDF" under Mobile Settings.

 

You will only be able to view submitted responses while on line in My Activity.
