Mission Response Status Icons
Mission Responses in My Activity show a handful of colored icons indicating the current submission status of a Mission Response.
Mission Status Icon Overview
| In Progress | You've started this Mission Response but you haven't submitted it. Tap into the Mission Response to review your work, complete any remaining required tasks, and submit it. NOTE: In-progress mission responses expire if not submitted within 10 days of being started. | |
| Submitted | Your Mission Response has been successfully submitted to our server! | |
| Waiting to Upload |
This Mission Response is currently unable to be submitted to our server, typically because of a weak internet connection. The Mission will automatically attempt to upload the Mission Response once your device finds a stronger signal. NOTE: Your Mission Response will be timestamped when you originally submitted the response, and not when it reaches our server. If you notice a persistent gray status, please reach out to Support. |

| Upload In Progress | Your Mission Response has started to upload to our server. Please keep the app open until the Mission Response(s) have a “Submitted” status. If your Mission Response(s) have images, you will see a progress bar and an image counter displaying the progress of those images as they upload to our server. NOTE: a Mission Response can have all images uploaded and still not be “Submitted.” Sometimes there’s extra data that needs to be uploaded, as well. |

| Ready to Submit | Your Mission Response is ready to be submitted. All required tasks have been completed. | |
| Pending Approval | Your Mission Response has been submitted. An admin will need to approve your response. Please contact our support team. | |
| Failed to Upload | An error has occurred which is preventing this Mission Response from submitting to our server. Please contact our support team *This error does not occur on iOS devices | |
