How to Uninstall the App (Android)
Be careful! Uninstalling GoSpotCheck will also delete any in-progress Mission Responses.
While troubleshooting, we may ask that you delete GoSpotCheck. It is often a last resort for our Technical Support team, but can help to refresh all of the information on your device. Please note that deleting the app will also delete any in-progress Mission Responses. Be sure to successfully submit any mission responses before deleting the app.
To truly start fresh, you will need to Clear Cache and Data as well.
Uninstall the App on Android
- Tap into "Settings" (blue cog icon)
- Tap "Apps" or "Applications" (may change depending on your Android device)
- Tap "Application Manager"
- Scroll to and tap "GoSpotCheck"
- Tap "Uninstall"
- Tap "OK" when asked "Do you want to uninstall this App?"
