Downloading the App

The GoSpotCheck Mobile App is supported on both iOS and Android devices. 


For iOS devices, you can download the app directly from the iOS App Store.

The GoSpotCheck Mobile App requires iOS 10.0 or later and is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. The current Apple devices which support iOS 9.0 or later are:

  • iPhone: 5, 5C, 5S, 6, 6 Plus, 6S Plus, SE,  7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, X, XR, XS, XS Max
  • iPad: 2, iPad (3rd gen.), iPad (4th gen.), Air, Air2, iPad Pro, iPad (5th gen.), iPad Pro (2nd gen.), iPad (6th gen.), iPad Pro (3rd gen.)
  • iPod Touch: 5th gen., 6th gen.
Please note: As Apple begins to phase out iOS 10, GoSpotCheck will be following industry standards and will also focus our app design towards iOS 11 and above. This means that you will need to update to iOS 11 or above in order to ensure the best experience with both GoSpotCheck and many other mobile apps. Customers and users will be notified when this change is finalized. If you have any questions, please feel free to call Support at 844-359-2503.

To download the App in the App Store:

  1. Open the App Store
  2. Tap the Search button at the bottom of the screen
  3. Enter "GoSpotCheck Team"
  4. Tap the "INSTALL" button


For Android devices, you can download the app directly from the Google Play Store.

The GoSpotCheck Android App requires devices capable of running the Android Mobile Operating System version 5.0 or later.

To download the App in the Google Play store:

  1. Open Play Store
  2. Find the search bar at the top of the screen
  3. Enter "GoSpotCheck Team"
  4. Tap the "INSTALL" button
Note: We do not support jailbroken iOS or rooted Android devices for security purposes. If your device is already jailbroken/rooted, you will need to restore it to factory settings to use GoSpotCheck.
