How to Delete the App (iOS)

 

Be careful! Deleting GoSpotCheck will also delete any in-progress Mission Responses.

 

While troubleshooting, we may ask that you delete GoSpotCheck. It is often a last resort for our Technical Support team, but can help to refresh all of the information on your device. Please note that deleting the app will also delete any in-progress Mission Responses. Be sure to successfully submit any mission responses before deleting the app.

 

Delete App on iOS
  1. Tap and hold the GoSpotCheck icon
  2. Once icon is wiggling, tap the X
  3. Tap "Delete"

 

  1. On home screen, Tap and hold the GoSpotCheck icon 

  2. Once icon is wiggling, tap the X

  3. Tap "Delete"
