Sign In to the Mobile App

If you find yourself signed out of the mobile application, and need to sign back in, here's how it's done.

Who can use this feature:

Signing Back In To the GoSpotCheck Mobile App

If you're signed out of the mobile application when you launch the GoSpotCheck App from your mobile device, you'll land on the Sign In page.

STEP 1: Tap Sign In
STEP 2: Enter your email address and password. Click Sign in
HEADS UP: If you cannot remember your password, follow these instructions to reset it. After 10 failed password attempts, you will be locked out of your account. If this happens to you, follow the emailed instructions to unlock your account, or contact our support team for help.
