Completing a Searchable List Task

Do you work with lists of SKUs, items, or products? Chances are you’ll come across a Searchable List Task! This Task allows you to make selections from an extensive list of options. You can choose as many items as necessary, or your admin can decide to limit the number of items you can select.

 NOTE: The new Searchable List design is coming soon! 

To complete Sub-Tasks for a Searchable List Task:

  1. Select an item by using the search bar or scrolling through the list.


  2. After an item has been selected, you will be prompted to complete any related sub-tasks. Once you have finished answering subtasks, tap ‘Done’ in the upper right-hand corner.


  3. You’ll now be brought to the Item Summary Page. If there are sub-tasks, this page will show up to three of the corresponding sub-task responses. To see additional sub-tasks or edit a sub-task response, tap on the item. To add another item, tap the blue icon in the lower right-hand corner.


  4. Need to delete an item? Simply swipe left and tap on ‘Delete’. When you have finished editing items, tap ‘Tasks’ in the upper left-hand corner to return to the mission.


The Item Summary Page displays the number of required and optional tasks completed, along with the corresponding ‘Not yet Started’, ‘In Progress’, and ‘Completed’ status symbols. Visit this article to learn more about Mission Status Icons. Note that this page does not display the total number of tasks in the mission, but rather the number of subtasks for each selected item. This allows you to easily see which subtasks are remaining.


 NOTE: Missions responses in the History tab will be in the original searchable list task format but any new mission responses will reflect this change.
