How to Clear Cache and Storage (Android)

Android devices may periodically need to have the Cache and Storage cleared. This will ensure that the data on your device is updated. If your issue is still not resolved after clearing the cache, we may ask that you Delete the App (Android). 

Clear Your Cache and Storage on Android
  1. Tap into your Android Settings (blue cog icon), then find Apps & Notifications
  2. Tap App Info
  3. Scroll to and tap GoSpotCheck
  4. Tap Storage & Cache
  5. Tap Clear Cache
  6. Tap Clear Storage (This will delete any In-Progress Mission Responses on your device)
Be careful! Clearing the Storage (not Cache) will delete any in-progress Mission Responses.
