Enable Permission Settings - Camera & Location

Set yourself up for success! Two of GoSpotCheck's main functions are taking photos and communicating with GPS, but they may not be enabled automatically. You'll need to double-check your device's permission settings before you use the app. iOS devices are detailed immediately below. Jump to Android device how-to HERE.

 

iOS Permission Settings

 

To access iOS permission settings...
  1. Open Settings application
  2. Scroll to and tap GoSpotCheck
  3. Ensure Location is set to "While Using", Photos and Camera set to On (green)

Android Permission Settings

 

To access Android permission settings...
  1. Open Settings application
  2. Scroll to and tap Applications
  3. Tap Application Manager
  4. Scroll to and tap GoSpotCheck
  5. Tap Permissions
  6. Ensure Camera, Location, and Storage are set to ON
