Minimum Software Requirements for Mobile Devices

GoSpotCheck supports mobile devices that can run the two most current iOS operating systems and the four most current Android operating systems.

The GoSpotCheck Mobile App is supported on the following mobile operating systems:

Apple	Android

iOS 16 and above (not including iOS in beta)	Android 8.0 and above

Support for iOS 15 has been deprecated as of April 26, 2024. Users on iOS 15 will be able to use an existing version of the GoSpotCheck application that is installed on their device, but will not be able to upgrade to new versions as they become available.

NOTE: We do not support jailbroken iOS or rooted Android devices for security purposes. If your device is already jailbroken/rooted, you will need to restore it to factory settings to use GoSpotCheck. NOTE: We do not support any operating systems in beta state.
