Company Switching in Mobile

You can use GoSpotCheck on behalf of multiple companies, even if you use the same email address for both. Switching between each of the GoSpotCheck company environments you have access to is easy to do, using the Company Dropdown menu.

HOW TO SWITCH COMPANIES

  1. Tap the Company Dropdown Menu in the upper left corner of your screen.
    A list of all company environments you are a member of will appear on screen. If you are not a member of multiple companies, your list includes only the company you are a member of.
  2. Tap the name of the company you'd like to access.

How To Identify Your Current Company

If you are a member of multiple companies, you can identify which company you are currently logged in to in a couple ways:

  • Take a look at the logo displayed in the upper left corner of your screen. 
    • If your company has added their logo to GoSpotCheck, it will appear as a circle on your screen. If they have not added their logo, a generic building logo appears instead. 
  • Tap the logo in the upper left corner of your screen to access the Company Dropdown menu. The name and logo of the company you are currently logged into appears at the top of the menu. 
NOTE: When you log-in to the Mobile Application, you automatically re-enter the company environment that you were logged into when you last logged out.
