Content Sharing (InfoURLs)
With Content Sharing, you can quickly attach supporting content/documentation to a number of GoSpotCheck objects for your field team to reference from GoSpotCheck mobile application.
Possible use cases include:
- Monthly Planners
- Product Lists
- POS/Display Guidelines
- Compliance Acceptance Criteria
- More Detailed Mission Instructions
- Pricing Guidelines

How do I add an InfoURL to GoSpotCheck?
Please contact your Customer Success Manager in order to add an InfoURL to a Place, Mission, or Task.
Clickable InfoURLs links are visibile in the Web Dashboard in the following locations:

InfoURL Formatting Requirements
An InfoURL can be either a link to a URL on the internet OR a PDF document that your Customer Success Manager will host on the internet for the purposes of sharing with your team.
How many InfoURLs can I share?
Each unique Place, Mission or Task can have it's own InfoURL. If you have multiple pieces of content you want to share with your team, you can join them all together into a single PDF with multiple pages.
