How to take a Screenshot (iOS)

Taking a screenshot is one of the most useful features on a mobile device. We often ask for a screenshot when troubleshooting as it can help get to the root of an issue quickly.

 

To take a screenshot on iOS...
  1. Press the Home and Power buttons at the same time
  2. The screen will flash, indicating a photo has been taken
  3. Navigate to the Photos app to view your screenshot

 

Once you have a screenshot, you may email it to us at support@gospotcheck.com with a brief message explaining any issues you're experiencing within the application.
