Invitations & User Activation Status

When adding new Users in your GoSpotCheck Web Dashboard, you have the option to send an invitation email to your UsersA person with a role of User is only able to access the mobile app, and has no access to the Web dashboard.. You can either choose "Invite" or "Not Now", which will prompt the email to be sent out or not. If you click "Not Now", the User will still be added to the system and will be able to log in to the Mobile App once they have it downloaded on their device.

The invitation email includes instructions on how to download the Mobile App to the User's devices, as well as how to activate their account. You can view a sample of the invite email below:

NOTE: Currently, you cannot edit the text in the invite email.
