Sign In and Out
The GoSpotCheck Web Dashboard is available to anyone in GoSpotCheck who has been designated as a Company AdminA person with a role of Admin can access the mobile app and anything and everything else in the dashboard.. If your company has Role-Based AccessRole-Based Access provides the flexibility that allows an organization to specify who can create, disable, and edit and what items they can create, disable and edit., Company Admins can invite other individuals to access the Web Dashboard as well, customize their view, or edit access to various elements within the Dashboard.
- Navigate to GoSpotCheck.com. Click Sign In.
- Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In. Only Company Admins who have already activated their account can sign in via this screen.
NOTE: If you're having trouble remembering your password, you can click the Forgot password? link to reset it.
If your company is using a third-party identity provider to support single sign-on, you will be redirected to your identity provider’s login page rather than the standard GoSpotCheck login page. After you login to your identity provider, you will be redirected back to GoSpotCheck and be logged in to the homepage.
- From the main navigation bar, click the arrow beside your email address in the top-right corner (also referred to as the User Drop-down Menu).
- From the drop-down menu that appears, click Sign Out.
TIP: GoSpotCheck Company Admins are not automatically logged out of our web app. We recommend logging out of GoSpotCheck when you're finished using the app.
